Sources
We prefer Australian courts, government departments, regulators, professional bodies and legal assistance organisations. A source link lets readers check the underlying information and its jurisdiction. A source does not imply that the organisation endorses this site.
Authorship and review
The editorial team prepares lawyer-search explanations and consultation checklists. A page is not described as legally reviewed unless a named, appropriately qualified reviewer has reviewed it and is identified on that page. Dates change only after a substantive review.
Law firm information
Law firm facts come from published and shared sources. Inclusion, order and service labels are not recommendations, accreditation claims or suitability assessments. Law firm pages must meet minimum completeness, contact and recency standards before they can be included in search-engine sitemaps.
Illustrations and generated imagery
Some editorial illustrations are created with generative tools and selected by the editorial team. They are labelled as illustrations in image descriptions and are not photographs of actual clients, lawyers, Law Firms, offices or legal events. Images do not imply an endorsement or describe a real matter.
Corrections and commercial independence
