How we handle a report
We compare the report with authoritative or first-party sources. We may temporarily withhold contact links or remove a law firm page from search-engine sitemaps while identity or accuracy is unresolved. Accepted corrections are applied without changing an editorial date unless the page itself was substantively reviewed.

What this channel cannot do
It cannot provide legal advice, accept service, resolve a complaint about a lawyer or contact a law firm for you. Complaints about lawyers should be directed to the relevant state or territory authority.
